Yes! Haven on Amherst is proudly pet-friendly. We welcome up to a total of two dogs and/or cats per household with a one-time $350 pet deposit and no recurring monthly pet rent.

Yes. Haven on Amherst is an affordable housing community with income-restricted units. Your household must meet both minimum and maximum income requirements based on household size.
How do I apply for an apartment at Haven on Amherst?
We currently have an open waitlist. Haven on Amherst is coming August 2026 — you can apply online or join our interest list for updates.
What documents are required to apply?
Applicants must provide the following:
- Proof of income and government-issued photo IDs for all adult household members
- Most recent tax return (or verification of non-filing)
- Housing voucher documentation (if applicable)
- Bank statements
- Other verification forms as requested
